We'll have fortnightly check-ins to keep you on track, as well as monthly 1:1 Zoom consultations for personalised guidance.

MONTH TWO: ENERGY - how your body detoxifys - including genetic mutations that affect detoxification and methylation so we can accurately test from your GP and prescribe specific scripts to support energy. - MONTH THREE: HORMONES; what hormone imbalances are you most at risk for? Do these match your symptoms? How can we accuratley support this or further test on.
- MONTH FOUR: Â STRESS & COGNITIVE PERFORMANCE; how well does your body handle and cope with stress? How best can we support it through nutrition and lifestyle modifications
- MONTH FIVE: INFLAMMATION; how at risk are to inflammation? How does your body respond to specific foods and interventions?
- MONTH SIX: ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE; what method of training and rest periods does your body/ genetic profile thrive most on?
