Vegan Rocky Road

½ bag vegan marshmallows

½ cup dried fruit of choice (I used apricot and cranberries)

⅓ cup pumpkin seeds

⅓ cup of nuts of choice

1kg vegan chocolate
METHOD
Melt chocolate over stove top till silky smooth. Pour a CM of melted chocolate into a lined baking tin, then evenly distribute the filling. Pour the remainder of chocolate over top till covered properly.
