Preparation: 10 minutes | Serves: 10

 

  • ½ bag vegan marshmallows

  • ½ cup dried fruit of choice (I used apricot and cranberries)

  • ⅓ cup pumpkin seeds

  • ⅓ cup of nuts of choice 

  • 1kg vegan chocolate

     

METHOD

Melt chocolate over stove top till silky smooth. Pour a CM of melted chocolate into a lined baking tin, then evenly distribute the filling. Pour the remainder of chocolate over top till covered properly.
