Black or Red lentils
METHOD
Use any of the following as a ‘mince’ replacement and add 1 small pot of tomato paste (3 tablespoons) and one full jar of dolmio pasta sauce and vegetable stock seasoning. Add vegetables of choice, such as shredded zucchini or carrot. Frozen peas, chopped capsicum or brussel sprouts to name a few. Serve with cooked spaghetti
