Preparation: 15 minutes | Serves 8 large

 

BASE

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1/5 cup smooth peanut butter

  • 2 large tablespoons maple syrup

  • ¼ cup plant milk

  • ½ cup crushed peanuts

 

FILLING

  • ⅓ cup peanut butter

  • ⅓ cup caramel plant milk

  • 2 large tablespoons maple syrup

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

 

TOP LAYER

  • 300g vegan chocolate

 

METHOD

Mix together the base ingredients and firmly press into a baking dish for your first layer. Mix together the filling and pour over the top of first base. Heat up the vegan chocolate on the stove, making sure not to burn (stir frequently) and pour on top. Let cool in fridge.
