Peach and Blueberry Cobbler

1 can peaches

1 cup blueberries

1 cup coconut flour

⅔ cup brown sugar sugar

⅓ cup coconut sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

100g vegan butter
METHOD
Line the bottom of a baking dish with the peaches and blueberries. Lightly sprinkle the coconut sugar on top. In a separate bowl lightly melt the butter so it is softened and add the brown sugar. Mix the dry ingredients together and then the wet. Add topping evenly on top of fruit and bake for 25 minutes at 160 degrees.
