Fruity Tuity Summer Salad

Preparation: 10 minutes

 

  • ½  cup fresh blueberries

  • 1 sliced strawberry

  • 1 cup pre prepared kale (massaged throurally with olive oil - as it is easier to digest)

  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and walnuts

  • ⅓ avocado

  • ½ cup roasted kumera

  • 1 tablespoon crannberries

     

METHOD

Cook kumera to your liking and add all ingredients together. Serve with apricot or capsicum salad dressing (see sides)
