Fruity Tuity Summer Salad
RECIPE
Preparation: 10 minutes

½ cup fresh blueberries

1 sliced strawberry

1 cup pre prepared kale (massaged throurally with olive oil - as it is easier to digest)

1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and walnuts

⅓ avocado
-
½ cup roasted kumera
-
1 tablespoon crannberries
METHOD
Cook kumera to your liking and add all ingredients together. Serve with apricot or capsicum salad dressing (see sides)
