Crispy Tofu Salad

TOFU COATING

3 tablespoons corn flour

¼ tablespoon italian herbs seasoning
SALAD

150g firm tofu
-
1 cup rocket
-
1 whole avocado
METHOD
Cut the tofu and rub in the tofu coating in a bowl. Once coated, pan fry in olive oil, until golden brown. Add the rest of the ingredients, then top with crispy tofu and drizzle in apple cider vinegar and olive oil.
